Impact
The client integrated the recommendations into their 2023 board-level planning process.
What I Did: As part of a new service offering in beta, I diagnosed the client problem, designed the appropriate approach and managed the scope with a lean team.
What I Learned: Market leader mentality is a hindrance when leaping into bigger ponds.
